Health Law

In this SERIE, the students will discover how the law attempts to enshrine a certain number of guarantees with regard to vulnerable people, situations of vulnerability and how we try to make these rights effective, in particular through institutional policies, and institutions that intervene in social, health or medico-social matters.

The SERIE will combine legal knowledge, the analysis of standards with other subjects, at a level of articulation that is generally unknown. We read, we try to study other subjects, but we do not necessarily exchange with other researchers.

In this case, we will approach a science of law, a much more refined legal sociology of vulnerability.
