List of SERIES

Urban change and health-related behaviours

Students will find in this SERIE, everything related to urban planning favorable to health, declined in different ways.

The question of the adaptation of vulnerable populations, and in particular access to the city for increasingly elderly populations. There is also what concerns the greening of cities. Part of the SERIE is devoted to green spaces, gardening and axes designed for so-called soft or active mobility: facilitating walking, cycling.

There are also approaches to the different contexts from one city to another where populations do not have the same opportunities, depending on the cities where they live and where there are inequalities in terms of health care, but also in terms of type of pathology, excess mortality. It is interesting when we talk about urban change, to work not only on what is happening through certain cities, but also what that can tell us about the inequalities between these cities.
