This seminar offers an interactive, reflective, and distinctly multidisciplinary forum, designed to bring together scholars, students, and professionals to engage with some of the most pressing issues of our time.

Its central objective is to foster dialogue between theoretical inquiry and practical experience.

This event will be conducted entirely in French.

An Innovative Methodological Approach

Each session combines academic rigor with participatory engagement, structured to promote both conceptual depth and collective reflection:

  • Structured presentations anchor the discussions in robust theoretical and conceptual foundations.
  • Moments of exchange and co-construction follow each presentation, enabling participants to identify and develop concrete research trajectories, particularly through round-table discussions.
  • A deliberate openness beyond the academic sphere broadens perspectives and enhances the relevance and impact of the debate.

Three Foundational Aims

1. To transcend disciplinary boundaries: By intersecting diverse perspectives, the seminar seeks to promote an integrated understanding of the challenges facing democracy and vulnerability.
2. To foster active participation: The seminar’s format encourages each participant to engage critically with the themes addressed and to contribute substantively to the collective inquiry.
3. To build a lasting network: The initiative aims to establish a committed community of scholars, professionals, and students who will continue to collaborate and extend the reflection well beyond the seminar itself.
