Hugo-Bernard Pouillaude

Assistant Professor in Public Law at the Faculty of Law of the University Paris Est Créteil (UPEC). He teaches health law. He began with a doctoral thesis in the law of public liability. His research focuses on the question of the responsibility of health institutions, in public health establishments and the administrations responsible for evaluating the health system.

Within the Faculty of Law, he teaches health law, and the law of health liability, of health security law. A course that has been completely revised for two years. With colleagues, he leads legal projects relating to the analysis of patient rights and institutional health responsibilities.
