Françoise Botterel

MD, PhD, University Professor, President of French Society of Medical Mycology, Head of Dynamyc Research Team, Vice Dean of the UPEC Health Faculty. 

She is a member of the scientific council of DIM 1 Health and Director of the research unit under the triple supervision "1 Health", UPEC, the national veterinary school of Alfort, ANSES. In his team of veterinarians, biologists, doctors, pharmacists.

She became first interested in microbial agents in the tropical world. During the AIDS years, without triple therapy, patients died of very serious and opportunistic infectious diseases, his thesis focused on opportunistic agents.
